Ever got to the first of the calendar month to find your recipient wants some top line performance metrics for the previous month immediately?

We've been there, and we have most certainly felt that pain! That's why we built our Social Audits product.

Social Audits are automated, branded, professional grade social reports designed to close the communication loop between you and your report recipient until the more granular analysis arrives, using natural language processing (it writes the report for you).

They're very popular with Locowise clients (both brand side and agency side), as they're quite visual and a lot easier to absorb without getting too granular on data (that's what extensive reports from Report Builder/Content Drilldown are for), they tend to act as a good interim/snapshot of performance for when the 1st of the month comes around. Covering Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, they are available for automation in both PDF and PPT format.

There are four types of Social Audit objective you can run (example reports hyperlinked).

  • Brand Audit: Choose your Primary Brand and up to seven Rival Brands and get a no-fluff report on the state of the competitive landscape. Recommended for an audit of a market when pitching a new client or doing monthly reporting.

  • Content Audit: Choose your Primary Brand and get a report on the activity, sentiment, engaging topics and an overview of the posts. Recommended for an audit of the content strategy or when conceptualising new creative campaigns.

  • Market Audit: Choose your Prospect and up to seven Rival Brands and get a no-fluff report on the state of the competitive landscape. Recommended for when pitching a prospect or when analyzing a new market.

  • Campaign Audit (utilises same labelling functionality as the Batch Labels tool in Content Drilldown): Choose your Primary Brand and select the individual posts that are part of your campaign to get all the insights into the performance. Recommended for when doing an audit of a specific marketing and hashtag campaign.
