If you were to upgrade today, you would be charged the difference between your current rate and the upgraded rate, adjusted for the remainder of the billing period. So in other words, you would only be charged the upgrade price for the period of time that the upgrade is in effect. Your bill at the end of the month will then reflect the upgrade price going forward.
